The new Tiffin University Center for Innovation and Learning is currently being designed using the Design/Build delivery method with Clouse Construction. The new 2-story Innovation Center will include thirty office spaces for hoteling and individual offices encompassing a total 2,700 square foot. Each office will be approximately 90 square feet with frosted interior windows for privacy and sound proofing laminated glass in windows to assist with outside noise control. Individual offices will have built-in counter work surfaces with lower cabinets. In addition to the office spaces, a new 1,600 square foot board room will be included in the design.
The new learning spaces will include fifteen classrooms ranging in size from 720 square foot to 950 square foot accommodating 30 to 40 students each. A minimum of two groups of classrooms will be equipped with moveable partition track walls to allow for reconfiguration of the space. The facility will also include a new 2,000 square foot entrepreneurship space, entrance and lobby area, and student café.
