Toledo Public Schools Crossgates Elementary School Paving

This project began with the investigation of the existing paving to determine what cause of action should take place. The Owner desired to create bioswales in lieu of traditional drainage techniques. All of the existing asphalt paving was replaced along with an existing water service line.

Bowling Green City School Conneaut Elementary School Paving

This project included the removal of the existing underground heating oil tank and removal and replacement of asphalt pavement at Conneaut Elementary School.

Village of Waterville Clocktower

This project consisted of an urban beautification located in the historic Village of Waterville.

Resurrection Evangelical Lutheran Church

Holland, Ohio

The work involves an addition of 5,741 square feet to an existing 3,618 square foot church, plus renovations to the interior of the existing church to create a larger entry to the building.  The new addition includes a fellowship hall with kitchen, new restrooms, three (3) classrooms (one of which could be a future pre-school room), pastor’s office,      workroom, conference room, and storage.

Prince of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church

Oregon, Ohio

Expansion and renovation of a small church in Oregon, Ohio where the existing gathering space was small and no longer met the needs of the congregation.  The space was enlarged and opened up by the construction of a 1,445 square foot addition and a realignment of space.  New church offices, meeting rooms, and family toilet rooms were constructed, along with ADA renovation of existing restrooms.  Under this project, the exterior façade of the child day care and Sunday school meeting rooms were given a new look, and a covered entry canopy was        constructed.  The sanctuary received new air conditioning, and new furnaces were installed.

Augsburg Lutheran Church

Toledo, Ohio

Major renovation  of the  existing offices and  sanctuary to create a  modern worship facility after being destroyed by fire.  Additional restroom facilities were created along with a new nursery and gathering space.  Video projection and a new sound system were incorporated into the renovated Sanctuary.

The University of Toledo Powerhouse Exterior Siding Replacement

This project involved field verification of all the existing conditions due to the modifications that had been constructed and not documented over the years. After documentation, we recommended the removal and replacement of the existing damaged lower level metal wall panels, doors and louvers with a new panel that contained a corrosion free coating.

The University of Toledo FSB Renovation

This project consisted of the renovation and expansion of the existing facility to support building on to the University of Toledo, Health Science Campus. The expansion accommodates the relocation of the work/shop areas for the different trades along with office work areas for the managers and support staff.

The University of Toledo Bowman Oddy Glass Lab

This project encompassed the renovation of the existing glass lab within Bowman Oddy that facilitates the creation of unique equipment necessary for the chemistry department.  The renovation included new student and faculty workstations with fireproof countertops, additional science casework, a custom glass enclosures, and new finishes throughout.

The University of Toledo Bancroft Campus Classroom Renovations

This project consisted of the renovation of 4 tiered lecture halls at the Bowman Oddy Building and 5 classrooms at the Health Education Building. The renovation work at Bowman Oddy included all new fixed seating and was completed in 3 weeks during Christmas break.  Work also included creating accessible seating in the lecture halls.
